Indlio started from a simple observation: Indian SMBs already take bookings over WhatsApp, calls, and a notebook. They don’t need another calendar link. They need a way to turn those conversations into confirmed appointments.
Valliyappan is building Indlio Bookings for the rooms that still run the week in chat — clinics, salons, tutors, agents, and studios. The product should feel as natural as sending a WhatsApp, and give the owner the control of a real booking system: services, staff, payments, reschedules, walk-ins, and reminders in one place. He stays close to that work so Indlio ships for how these businesses already operate, not how a calendar tool wishes they would.
